#88 {posted_by.......} field ignores settings

AA 2.6.1 (CVS May 12)

Fields of this type -- {posted_by.......} -- are
automatically populated by user IDs, even if the field's
explicit settings specify a different behaviour.

This applies to articles added by item manager or via
anonymous posting form.

I have used this field type dozens of times to accept
plain text names.

Now the field is automatically assigning the poster's ID
instead of the arbitrary text. (For anonyous posters, it
assigns ID "9999999999.")

Explicit settings:

Input type: Text field
Default: Text from 'parameter'
Validate: No Validation
Insert: Text = don't modify
