## [apbs-users] VMD Isovalues

[apbs-users] VMD Isovalues From: Nikolay Rodionov - 2012-05-24 13:01:53 ```Hi all, What are the units of the isovalues for electrostatic potential when running APBS through VMD? Is it still Kb * T / e? For example, I ran my calculations for 298K so Kb*T/e here equals . 0257 J/C, therefore I am saying that an isovalue of -6 has the potential of -6 * .0257 = -.1541 volts. Am I correct on this? Thank you, Nikolay Rodionov ```

Your value of 0.257 J/C (or volts) seems reasonable to me and thus the isocontour value also appears to be correct.
