Hello –

gstreamer is not part of the APBS distribution; it appears to be part of fink instead.  Can you please contact Benjamin Reed gstreamer-0.10@fink.raccoonfink.com per the instructions below?

Subject: [Apbs-users] Fink install of apbs

In the latest fink version with unstable trees enabled, I get the following error installing apbs:
[start code]
./gstreamer-decl.txt:9645: warning: GstTagList has multiple definitions.
./gstreamer-sections.txt:468: warning: No declaration found for: GST_USING_PRINTF_EXTENSION
./gstreamer-unused.txt:1: warning: 1 unused declarations. They should be added to gstreamer-sections.txt in the appropriate place.

Before reporting any errors, please run "fink selfupdate" and
try again.  If you continue to have issues, please check to see if the
FAQ on fink's website solves the problem.  If not, ask on the fink-users
or fink-beginners mailing lists, with a carbon copy to the maintainer:

    Benjamin Reed <gstreamer-0.10@fink.raccoonfink.com>

Note that this is preferable to emailing the maintainer directly, since
most fink package maintainers do not have access to all possible
hardware and software configurations.

My computer is an iMac, osx 10.6.6, fink 0.29.20, unstable enabled. Apbs will not finish compiling because of gstreamer-0.10

Please help!
