New Apache Stats Release Coming!

I have been working, on and off, for the past month or so at a new Apache Stats release. So far, I have completely reworked the aggregation scripts to be more robust.

I now need to tackle the front-end of the system, so expect to see something new and improved in the upcoming months.

Cheers,
Ian

apacheStats v0.0.3 Beta Released

This release is mainly dealing with some security holes in the software. In the previous releases, I was using php's extract() to gather in all variables under the sun. I've written in some input filtering, and only look for specific incoming variables.

Check out the ReadMe/ChangeLog for more, but a definite upgrade if you're using the software.

apacheStats v0.0.2 Beta Released

I got a little bit ahead of myself earlier, when releasing v0.0.1Beta. This release has a few quick fixes, although v0.0.1B is certainly still quite useable.

apacheStats v0.0.1 Beta Released

The apacheStats team (well... me, really) are proud to release apacheStats v0.0.1 Beta. The beta release of the project allows the user to view historical apache information, as well as up-to-the minute data since midnight.

This application was written, ans tested in a Debian environment, but should run without issue on any *nix system. Where this is the first release, I expect that there are many setup/configuration bugs to hash out, so feel free to contact me if you run into issues.... read more

Apache Stats Project

I'm working to port an application, formerly named iLog, out of a PHP application suite I'd created, to release it as it's own open source project, Apache Stats. This is an extension of apache's mod_log_sql module, and will allow you to aggregate and report on your web server's usage stats, in an awstats-like interface. More to come as I get this together.
