Can't locate object method "new" via package

I have
Apache::MP3 installed and it doesn't work. I keep getting this error in my apache error_log file:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Apache" at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/Apache/MP3.pm line 81.

I have Perl version v5.8.3 for Apache/1.3.31 (Unix) mod_perl/1.29.

Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?
