Hi, In the paper "AONS II: continuing the trend towards preservation software 'Nirvana'" (written by David Person) and in the section 'Recognising File Formats and Building Collection Profiles', it mentions: "The profile is constructed from a XML metadata summary, which can be sourced from any compliant metadata summary, or from a repository crawl using purpose-built AONS adaptors designed for a given repository type (DSpace, Fedora, etc)." I'm wondering if the AONS II prototype on Sourceforge has implemented the feature to source any compliant metadata summary? If so, is it done using the web interface and if so, where in the web interface? I can only see where to select the purpose-built AONS adaptors. Thanks, Doug |
