Please add an optional -encoding parameter to
ns_httpopen that allows to specify the character
encoding that the output channel returned by
ns_sockopen will be fconfigured to.
Without a parameter like this outgoing data from
ns_httpopen will always be encoded in iso8859-1, which
makes it innecessarily hard (among propably other uses)
to use aolserver as an xmlrpc client with international
