#9 Drag and Drop multiple triggers

I'm not sure if this is hard to do or not, but it would be cool if you could select multiple triggers using CTRL+click, and then drag and drop that selection to where you'd want to have them in the trigger list.

Yeah, I know how useful selecting multiple triggers would be, but Windows simply doesn't allow multiple selection in treeviews, so I'd have to write a lot of custom code to take care of it for me. Pretty much one of these "eventual" things that I'd like to do but probably will never get around to. :-/
