#13 scenario warnings should be reported to the user

Many events occur during a scenario read that are logged to aokts.log. Some of these events are not dangerous enough to be error conditions but might indicate that AOKTS doesn't know how to handle a certain value in the file. Ideally the user should be be notified of this through the UI.
