Based on proposals by Simple Impulse (here) and Markku (FS) 'Shrink Wrap' Curves/spline meshes to the surface of an object, regardless of existing topology. (or lack thereof)

The objective is to take a shape (modeled however you like) and use it as a guide for creating a clean, efficient spline mesh, suitable for rigging and animating.
