#326 Polish up aoisetup.sh for Linux

From time to time, users can't install AoI on Linux. Mostly it's because the script can't find the file aoi-linux-install.jar.

In addition to that, I think that script (aoisetup.sh) needs some general review. The first block where it tries to find aoi.sh or aoisetup.sh is rather useless. Then, the "find" statement later on -- I don't understand it at all. I think that shell globbing got mixed up with command line arguments for "find".

Furthermore, the script suggests that the user should use a "-java=..." option which doesn't exist.

I attached an updated version of aoisetup.sh which should be a little better.

    I just had another look at the attached script. I'm glad it never got accepted. :) There's several issues (mainly quoting and portability).

    Still, the original aoisetup.sh (as well as the aoi.sh launcher) do need more love.
