#463 Can't drag object out of its parent to be a sibling of its parent without reordering it

If I have the following scene graph:

Object 1
Object 2

And I try to drag object 2 out of object 1, I can't do it unless I move object 2 above object 1.

Object 2 should be a child of object 1; for some reason the formatting didn't work.

Huh. That is an odd one... What operating system are you using? Any unusual settings? (Such as accessibility helps, etc.)

I'm using Windows 8. I don't have any settings that I'd consider "unusual"...
