The bug is:
create object and convert it to trimesh
then create skinned object
select them and use boolean modelling
the strange thing is that u can edit created object but
file loads but can't render scene
Turns out that this is not an issue with the boolean engine. The Trimesh object "cube 1" is not valid - any attempt to display it in one of the smoothing modes leads to a blank screen. The triangle mesh "boolean 1" also breaks the display, but I think that is the result of having "cube 1" as one of it's components when it was originally created
When in "No smoothing," the "cube 1" trimesh appears to be just fine. I have attempted to re-create the topology in another scene, but have not been able to break it...
I'm going to leave this one for a few days, but if there is no easy way to re-create that invalid cube, I'm going to close the bug.
