#22 COLOR and Picture within Tables for PDF

a)
odt 2 pdf converted files are always in black and white. please change that, because applications need the color in order to be competitive.
b)
pictures within tables, which are used as backgrounds won't be displayed in the pdf, this would be a nice feature
