installed kanyremote, if i run it from console I've got:
Install PyKDE first !!!
what the hell is that? the pykdeextensions libraries are already installed on my system...
if I run just anyremote i've got an missing anyremoteee.cfg error and that is good since there are no .cfg in /home/user/.anyremote folder
but.... where can I find configuration files?
thanks a lot
i'm trying to get it on kubuntu 8.04
no probl.. I ve got it ;)
So, does problems witk PyKDE and absence of configuration files solved ?
for PyKDE I had just to install phyton-kde libraries
for absebnce of configuration everything went OK since I was able to install kanyremote. By the way you can solve absence of configuration on anyremote by using anyremote -f parameter and setting your desiderated folder.
I was not able to find configuration files on installation folder but I found them in original tgz pack.
Configuration files for anyRemote iare in anyremote-data package.
Once installed it is possibleto determine list of file in package by "dpkg -L" command.
In general, configuration files resides in /usr/share/anyremote
anyway.... kanyremote works great!! ;)
