Ah. I see. I'm not sure how well this is supported at the moment,
actually... But try to use the destroy() method of the window. That
will close and deallocate the window (and remove it from the
application).

Actually, app.remove(win) ought to work as well (and is perhaps a more
natural reverse of the app.add(win)).
