#88 Support for external lexers

Since actually is not really possible to manange a
language that isn't similar to those covered with
integrated lexers (e.g. some strange PLC languages and
so on) it would be useful one of these:
1 - The support for external lexers (in external DLL's)
2 - One really generalistic fully configurable lexer,
configurable for syntax, folding, etc. etc. (quite
difficult I guess but a great thing)
