AnyEdit v2.0 Beta 3 Build 401
PC: Xeon 2.2Ghz with Windows XP Pro SP2
When the R/O status of a file changes (i.e. it becomes
Read-Only or it becomes writable), other changes are
not detected by AnyEdit.
A little test case:
1) create a text file called test.txt and open it
with AnyEdit;
2) change it to Read-Only (e.g. using Windows Explorer);
3) switch to AnyEdit: it correctly detects that the
file now is read-only;
from this point on any change made to the file is
detected by AnyEdit, but the document is no more update
(i.e. you always see the document as it was before
putting it R/O and you can't see the changes).
