#146 File no more accessible is removed from recent file list

AnyEdit v2.0 Beta 3 Build 401
PC: Xeon 2.2Ghz with Windows XP Pro SP2

Trying to open a file listed in "Recent Files", if the
file is temporarily not accessible (e.g. the file is on
a network share and the network is down), an error
message is displayed ("Cannot open file"), and this is
ok, and the file is removed from the "Recent Files"
list (and IMHO this is wrong).
