I have tried to use all the values documented for the eol option of the svnexport task, however the files remain with a windows character line-end.

I have created a test case for this but am unable to reproduce the issue. I have attached the example XML. Please try the test against your Svn4Ant installation (I used the latest "svn4ant_1.1.0-build29_bin_withdeps" download with Ant 1.6.5).

I was able to create three output directories that had files in all three EOL styles (ANSI-Unix, ANSI-PC, ANSI-Mac) as reported by my TextPad editor.

Copy the XML script to the 'etc' folder of the installation and run using 'ant -f SF1913621.xml' from command line.

Thank you for providing the script to test the issue. I was away on vacation so I apologize for the long delay in responding.
I have ran the script but the issue persists. I had to change the SVN source in your script because my firewall is preventing me from accessing the source you had embedded in your script.
I have attached a log file of the execution and the verification of the issue regarding the line-ending.
    File Added: SF1913621.log
