#1 ImportAntletTask.class is not working

Hi
I downloaded install_importer.xml and ran
ant -f install_importer.xml
which dowloaded the jar file antworksimporter.jar
then i downloaded the seed.xml
and ran
ant -f seed.xml which keeps giving me the error typedef
class not found error
I checked all the paths and they are fine
Please help
