ANts accepts the Lucene syntax in its queries. A notice on Gwrens website indicates "IF YOU WANT TO USE LUCENE SYNTANX IN ANTS YOU MUST PUT YOUR QUERY BETWEEN DOUBLE QUOTES".
Okay. Now, in lucene language you can form a PhraseQuery by using double-quotes: "term1 term2 term3".
Now does that mean you must four-double quotes when looking for a string. For example should I write:
"European Environmental Law"
"""European Environmental Law""
It is fixed... use the standard lucene syntax :)
