#58 List of "input-targets"

In a typical scenario of mine, I am asking user to input database details like, username and password. In the postDisplayTarget, I want to use the same
inputs to check the database connectivity in the background and prompt, if the username or password is not correct.
Can you please tell me how to use "ant.install.properties" and fetch the properties like "input-targets" from the same file, before we reach the "progress" page.
