#54 one-jar support

to avoid expanding all the jars (like ant.jar, jgoodies,...) I tried to use one-jar (http://one-jar.sourceforge.net/) with the antinstaller, but unfortunately the getEnclosingJar-Method creates a InstallException.

I think it would be a good feature, if the AntInstaller would able to handle this.
