#43 finishButtonText enhancement

The <finishButtonText> element ought to be an element in the "progress" page, rather than a global element (in <installer>).

For instance, I would like to make an installer that might install a new application, or update, or remove an existing application. Based on an input parameter (or perhaps detection code in Ant), I might have the finish button read "Install", "Update", or "Remove".
