#69 installer default folder wrong
When I wasn't paying close enough attention, I was unable to install AntInstaller on Windows 7 using the latest self-extracting jar distribution. When it tries to create its folder in the Program Files folder, it told me that it could not make the folder.
Anyway, for whatever reason, it was trying to create a folder on the path "C:\C:\Program Files\AntInstaller-beta.8". The "C:\" is double at the beginning of it. This will be a minor fix, but I had at first not noticed this and thought that the software was just unusable since it couldn't even install.
