#67 License change for Bluecurve icon artwork

It has been brought to our attention that antinstaller includes copies of icons taken from Bluecurve. This artwork was originally licensed under the GPL, but we are in the process of relicensing this artwork to the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License (CC BY-SA 3.0).

We would like to request that you indicate this change in the antinstaller codebase, along with the following attribution request:

Any software which uses antinstaller is requested to provide attribution within any included documentation for that software, as follows:
