#55 Error running the demo in Windows

I installed 0.8 Beta and clicked on the install.cmd under the demo directory. I get the following in my log file:
Logger initialized
Ant basedir:C:\Program Files\AntInstaller-beta0.8\demo
Filter: org.tp23.antinstaller.runtime.exe.LoadConfigFilter
Installation error: Not able to load and read the AntInstaller config: class org.tp23.antinstaller.InstallException

Workaround: put antinstaller-config.xml, build.xml from demo/installer and installpack.zip from demo/artifacts to the demo folder inself, i.e. these 3 files will be in the same folder as install.cmd.
