I'm not sure whether this is a bug. But it's strange.
I believe problem occurs since my PC updated with .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 (about 2 weeks ago). When I have Anthem.Manager.RegisterStartupScript method used to display a alert message, message appear two times repeatedly. This problem never occurs on the PC which has not updated with SP2 yet.
I tested this with very basic page (with 2 controls and above method), and when I added a validation control this strange behaviour comes. Not sure I'm doing anything wrong. But I have been using Anthem controls since 3 years.
Thanks for any help.

After uninstalling all NET Framework versions from my PC, today I installed NET Framework 2.0 upto SP1 only and above behaviour is not there any more. i.e, RegisterStartupScript shows only one message in alert instead of 2 times.
I cannot stop my PC getting upgraded from microsoft :-)or I prefer to get them.
Thanks for nay help
