#161 Make fixed Header while scrolling AnthemeGridView control - v1.5.2.0

Hi Team,

we have been using anthem v1.5.2.0.

we have implmented Anthem GridView control in our project and things were working fine except when requirement of fixed header came i.e. when user scroll down header should remain visible to the user.
I have implemented Jquery plugin to make that happen but header doesn't behave as expected means header width does not remain in align with column width.

Is there a way to make that happen in Anthem GridView control ?
