This patch modifies the WtkRapc-Task to not use the rapc.exe - wrapper any more. This allows packaging of COD-Files for BlackBerrys on all OS-platforms using only the two libraries rapc.jar and net_rim_api.jar.
This patch also fixes a small problem with the preverify tasks on Mac OS X: A whitespace was missing which leads to an incorrect command call.
