#21 Remove dependency on rapc.exe

It would very nice if this dependency could be removed to allow compilation of BlackBerry-Applications on more operating systems.

The rapc.exe file which is part of the BlackBerry suite is basically an exe-wrapper for the file rapc.jar which calls the method net.rim.tools.compiler.Compiler.main(String [] args)
