I am testing the adding of antlib support before I put in the cvs/svn..

Enclosed is the antenna.xml file I use as root with build script and the antlib.xml fiel to be put into cvs/svn at root of:

de.pleumann.antenna

I should have added this weekend after some testing..

I included license note, author credit and usage note to the files
