#11 Add ability to change the toolkit or MIDP version

During our build we need to build stuff against the
MIDP 1.0 API and also against MIDP 2.0.

Currently, on startup antenna is initialized for one
toolkit/API version. It would be cool if that
detection could be called whenever.

Is this doable?
