#59 debug needs to be capitalized

The documentation for debug is not complete. To use debug, need to do say DEBUG=WARN for symbols for wtkpreprocess task. In the code, it can be downshifted say
//#debug warn
log.warn("abc");

If using Microlog also in sourcforge.
