Ant Task for Doxygen 1.3 released

Hi All,
The Ant task for Doxygen v 1.3 has been released today.

Release Notes:

i) The task does not hold up on version incompatibility with doxygen.

ii) The code is made trimmer still. Hence the task loading should be faster.

iii) The doxygen task stucture is changed . 'property' child nodes make tasks simpler and more scalable.
