#48 adds project support for msvc8 .vsprops files
Added a new project type called "msvc8-vsprops". It creates a .vsprops instead of a .vcproj/.sln file. The file includes the standard compiler and linker config plus the NMake config part.
BTW: This patch also fixes an issue when trying to create a project file from a <cc/> task missing the 'outfile' attribute.
