Hi Matteo,

actually, in your case I'd say you'd have to use neither "id=" nor "refid=", but actually "extends=".
Have a look at http://devnet.developerpipeline.com/documents/s=9857/q=1/ddj0309e/ but beware, the article is pretty old by now, and some limitations might have gone away in the meantime.
