I've just changed the license in all files of the ant-contrib module,
I've left the cpptasks section alone, I leave this to others.
What I've done is that I've replaced all "Apache Software Foundation"
references to "Ant-Contrib project", even if this project doesn't form
a legal entity of any kind.
The reason is that we cannot force the ASF to take ownership of our
code (which we'd do if we assign copyright to it) and that one of the
rules of the ASF is, that all code copyrighted by the ASF has to live
in ASF repositories.
This may be legaleese, but I'm afraid it is necessary.
