I've posted a patch to cpptasks at sourceforge that adds improved direct
support for Mac OS X. (ID 676276).
In particular, this patch introduces a new linker outfile type, "plugin", that
works the same as "shared" on all platforms except Mac OS X, in which case it
builds a plugin bundle instead of a dynmically linkable library. On POSIX
and WSA platforms, these two types of libraries are the same.
In addition, I added support of the Objective-C language and the "-framework"
driver argument, and added the library file extensions normally used on the
Mac (.bundle, .dylib).
Included in all this is a minor patch to support C++ using GCC, which didn't
really work properly before (see Sven Ludwig's request ID 641559).
