#18 No override for compile failures

When a compile fails, it generates a build failure and
throws an exception. It would be preferable to have the
option of having a property set to contain the error
information and have the build continue. This would be
possible by adding the failonerror, outputproperty, and
resultproperty that Exec and ExecOn have.

I've implemented failonerror, but outputproperty and
resultproperty are only appropriate for command line tools.
CCTask can support non-command line compilers and linkers
(there just aren't any instances yet).
