#149 the msvc project will run cygwin&gcc's /usr/bin/link.exe

I know this is more of a platform problem (a name
conflict and a path ordering problem), but in CYGWIN
the "msvc" task will run gcc's "/usr/bin/link.exe"
instead of Microsoft's "...\Vc7\bin\link.exe".

In other words:

I put "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
2003\VC7\BIN" into my path so the DevStudioCCompiler
can run "cl.exe" from cygwin. That works fine. Then
the DevStudioLinker tries to run "link.exe" which runs
gcc's "link.exe" instead of msvc's like it should and
it obviously doesn't work.

One possible solution is to use "cl.exe" (which stands
for compiler & LINKER I hear) for linking?
