It's a bit confusing that the latest version download is for cpptasks download instead of the ant-contrib download. latest version of ant-contrib seems to be under ant-contrib/files/ant-contrib/ant-contrib-1.0b2/

Indeed, ant-contrib should be bundled with Ant. Just too useful not to be!
