If a relative url is used with the flash tag, then the compiled JSP page will throw an exception.

This will be fixed on the head and be available when the CVS module is ready to be checked in. The flash tag will be updated to no longer validate the movieurl and thus allow a relative reference to be used. As for the youtube tag it will still make sense to validate the movieurl since the movie will be hosted on YouTube.
