* Usage stats are now saved and reloaded on restart.
* Fix for crashing when a request was made to socks without a port number.

Fix occasional crash in the windows version + assorted anon proxy fixes. Windows binary is now compiled with MSVC instead of MSYS.

Less fiddling around with the configuration to get it to work out of the box.
Updated the html pages to be more xhtml friendly.

Splited up the php files so view/edit access can be controlled via apache, etc.
Targeting other proxys now supported.
.pac files now support time / day of week settings.
Fixed a problem with "bad header" when in anon proxy mode.

The major new feature is SSL proxy to proxy support which means your privacy is protected from your ISP, and is only unencrypted from the final proxy to the final web server.
The source code looks nicer, it's now in separate files instead of one big .c file.
If you're running any old versions you should upgrade, this version is incompatible with any previous versions.

Whats new for this release...
Lots of fixes/additions for anon mode, socks, statistics, etc.
Added instructions to change the home proxy so you can setup a network of proxys only used by people you trust.
Seems mostly stable on my computer, hasn't crashed for many days.
