#4 Cannot Create inbox

Am I missing something? I created the db, ftp'd the
script to my site, changed the config.php, created a
catchall account. I hit the site and enter
test@domain.com and get the message cannot create
table. I gave the mysql user admin privs and can't
figure this out. Do I need to run a SQL script
initially to set up the mysql db? I don't see a sql
file in the package. Please help

I have the same problem, where would I get these SQL
tables? There's no install-script or SQL-file included.
