#85 Stays in the memory after quitting

I noticed that when "Anonymity" is set on and I try to
quit Jap, it only removes the window, but the program
itself (Jap.exe) and Jawaw.exe stay in the memory and
keep working, i.e. the browsing is still done
anonymous. It doesn't happen though when "Anonymity"
switch is set to "off"; then the program properly quits
and unloads itself from the memory.
