#42 Language change in JAP for Windows CE (Pocket PC)

I am tsting the beta version of JAP for the Pocket PC.

I'm currently testing it on a iPAQ 3800 running pocket pc 2002.

1- After clicking on the "Change" button to change setting in JAP
as soon as you click the "OK" button and go back to the main
screen in JAP you get everything in German. This occurs
consistently after make no changes in the settings and making
numerous changes in the settings.

I have deleted the jap.conf file and it goes back to English and
does the same problem as soon as you click on "Change".
