#34 After some idle-time no more pageloads

This is for JAP version 00.01.076, Win NT 4, Mozilla 1.2.1:
After some (varying but small) idle time, with Internet
connection but without using JAP it will not load pages
anymore. The browser sends a request and then loads
forever. Deactivating and re-activating anonymous
access in JAP leads to page loads working again (until
the next idle time).

It might be interesting to know that the "class not
found" error on startup occurs on this system, too.
