Hi @Aleksey - The license is GPL, I have udpated it in the program code as well. It is an open source freeware, can be updated and redistributed by anyone.

under what license is the program distributed? GNU GPL version 3 is specified in the files sections, and GNU AGPL in the project properties. In the program itself, the license is not indicated. Please indicate the license in the program itself.
